Introduction:
Slurry Ice Maker s a unique machine that chilling seawater into a mixture of micro ice crystal and water. The ice crystal diameter is 0.25 mm to 0.5 mm, suspending in seawater.
Slurry ice can completely covers the fish. Big contact surface make chilling instantly. its efficiency is 3 to 4 times better than that of conventional block ice,thanks to bit contact area.
As the ice crystals leave the fish in a soft bed, this kind of fluidic - ice does not damage the fish. Can be pumped at a concentration from 20% to 50% and easy to distribute and handle.
